Design and development growth in Szczecin
With factories in Poland, Germany and France, HanseYachts AG is one of the world's largest shipyards for leisure boats. The opening ceremony for the Baltic Design Institute was held together with its subsidiary TTS (Technologie Tworzyw Sztucznych Sp. Z.o.o.), Dr. Jens Gerhardt, CEO of HanseYachts AG, Raoul Bajorat, Development Manager of HanseYachts AG and Maciej Twardowski, CEO of TTS In future. A total of 40 guests from politics and the water sports industry attended the milestone event. Among them were guests of honour such as the deputy marshal of the voivodeship, Stanisław Wziątek, the mayor of Szczecin, Piotr Krzystek, and the president of the regional sailing association, Marcin Raubo. After the tour of the new offices, the inauguration ceremony took place in the Szczecin marina, where, in addition to culinary delicacies, there was also the opportunity to take part in trips on a Hanse 458.
Currently, the institute employs seven people, but will increase the number of employees to 20 within three years.
