Dehler and Hanse very successful at German Offshore Championships.
On the waters of the North Sea island Heligoland the attendance of Dehler and Hanse Yachts worked out perfect. The Dehler 29 “Cala Ventinova” of Uwe Wenzel became German Offshore Champion of ORCi class 2 in a fleet of 17 competitors.
Dirk Neukirchen of Hanse Yachts West (NED) managed to become 2nd with his Hanse 35 R “lot jonn…”. The brand-new Dehler 35 with skipper Detlef Amlong achieved a very good 4th place. A little back but as well with a lot of potential, the new Dehler 32 at 9th ranking.
The new Dehler 32 and 35 have been sailed by amateur crews for this first event with almost no training and test time. Both boats will be optimized now and will take part at the German Inshore Championships from 21st to 23rd of June while Kiel Week.
